Talks


We welcome original research papers, case studies, and practical insights. We seek academic quality tailored for a non-specialist audience, presented in a concise and communicative manner. Please ensure that all citations and images in your PowerPoint are accurately and visibly referenced. It is crucial that the language used in your slides adheres to grammatical correctness and precision, following scientific standards.

Duration: maximum of 15 minutes (+ 5 minutes of discussion)


Book Presentations


Showcase your recently published scientific monograph or fiction literature in a casual ambience accompanied by a delicious cup of coffee.


Duration: maximum of 10 minutes.


Workshop


Workshops should feature presentations, discussions, and hands-on activities, providing participants with an immersive experience. We invite researchers, practitioners, and enthusiasts to submit programs for engaging and interactive workshops at BernBabylon. We welcome original research papers, case studies, and practical insights related to the workshop theme.

Duration: 3 hours

Submission Process 


Authors are requested to submit their proposals until 10 March 2026. Submissions by young academic talents are especially encouraged. All submissions will undergo a peer-review process, and accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings. Authors will be notified of acceptance at the beginning of May 2026.

  • Proposals should include name and affiliation of authors and co-authors, a scientific abstract, and three keywords. Abstracts should not exceed:
    • 200 words for talks
    • 100 words for book presentations
    • 500 words for workshops
  • Proposals should be submitted as a single PDF document.
